Refund/Replacement Policy — Refunds/replacements are accepted on orders lost in transit, please see below for more details.
For domestic orders, if a package has yet to be delivered and there are no further tracking updates available, a package will be considered lost after a period of no less than 4 weeks from the original ship date. If we deem a package to be lost, we reserve the right to discuss compensation options with the customer, as deemed appropriate by the situation.
For international orders, if a package has yet to be delivered and there are no further tracking updates available, a package will be considered lost after a period of no less than 6 weeks from the original ship date. If we deem a package to be lost, we reserve the right to discuss compensation options with the customer, as deemed appropriate by the situation.
Shipping Policy — Orders will ship within 7-10 Business days via USPS in most cases
Return Policy — Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise, items must be in new/unopened condition to qualify for a return. If you purchased a sealed item, you may return it up to 14 days from the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any/all returns to ensure they meet the conditions listed above. If an item is returned to us and deemed to be opened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item.
Cancellation Policy — Cancellations are accepted if the order has not yet shipped unless it is a product that was opened in a break. A refund will be issued for an order that has been successfully cancelled.
Customs, Duties and Taxes — Please note that additional fees may be applied for international orders. We are not responsible for any additional costs applied by the government once a package has arrived in a foreign country. We will not reimburse these costs.
